About HBLlabs

Build. Experiment. Share. An independent technology laboratory focused on building intelligent systems across AI, robotics, embedded systems, software, IoT and open source.

mission

Building the future, one project at a time.

HBLlabs is an independent technology laboratory founded by Habil Dorai. The work spans AI, robotics, embedded systems, software engineering, IoT and open-source innovation — always open, always documented, always built to be operated.

how the lab works

01

Build real systems

Firmware on real hardware, models trained on real data, loops that actually stabilize a plant. No mockups pretending to be results.

02

Document as you go

Schematics, notes and measurements are published the moment they are captured, not after a project is 'finished'.

03

Experiment openly

Failures and tuning hunts are part of the record. The lab log shows the process, not just the outcome.

04

Design for the interface

Every system is built to be operated and observed — GUIs, web interfaces and telemetry are first-class features.
